  What is the process for creating a distribution license for the WinForms Edition controls?

  If we also need a distribution license for Spread 16, that does not change the WinForms Edition process, correct?

  Hi Paul,

  There is no separate distribution license key for the C1 WinForms Edition controls. The license key/serial key you are provided with at the time of purchase is the only key you will need to activate on your development machine.

  FYI, this license key can be activated on a maximum of 3 of your machines at a time. The below documentation link suggests how you can activate the license key on your machine.

  After the key is activated, to license a WinForms application for distribution, a license file needs to be added to the application as an embedded resource. Below is the documentation link that mentions the steps you need to follow to license your WinForms applications.

  After the application is built with a correct license file embedded, it can be further distributed to your users.
