    Hi,

    We are using flexReport(4.5.2) for a long time now, but we have found this issue only recently, when the data are too big(apparently, too many lines in the details), it is creating a new page for nothing. The screenshots are taken in the preview tab of the tool, but in production it is only rendering the empty rectangles. I cleaned up the report file, it is occurring in both report since the first is a copy of the second. Can you help me with that?

    Thank you very much.

    Hi,

    Could you please share a dummy database that we can use to render the report at our end and investigate this issue?

    Hi,

    it was to difficult to produce what you needed.

    But nevertheless, I found the issue, it is in the designer itself I think.

    Here is my fix :

      <Report ref="1">
        <Name>ReportName</Name>
        <DataSourceName>Main</DataSourceName>
        <GlobalScripts>'WorkAround : on Undo/Ctrl+z those values are lost
    PageHeader.AutoHeight = 3'GrowAndShrink enum value
    GroupLineNumberHeader.AutoHeight = 3
    Detail.AutoHeight = 3
    GroupLineNumberFooter.AutoHeight = 3
    PageFooter.AutoHeight = 3</GlobalScripts>

    If I was doing an Undo or Ctrl+z because I did something wrong on any other filed in the report, the AutoHeight setting is lost on the line of the grouping(but not on the content of the grouping) :

    Hi,

    Good to hear you were able to make it work.

    We could not replicate the issue that you mentioned at our end. Could you please share a GIF replicating the issue and the version of C1 controls you are using?

    Regards
