    I cannot get a 2015 serial activated, the control panel just says “something went wrong” (thank you for the wonderful error msg)

    Should I post the serial here and the email I need it deactivated an re-activated to?

    thank you, I have received the error

    “Activated too many times”

    The old computers are no longer available, so I need the serial key to be reset by you, please.

    Also the support link you sent, I get

    “Issue ID 454765 either does not exist or you do not have permission to view this issue.”

    I tried with both accounts wendym@thekitchenshowcase.com and josh@coolbluewater.org the link does not work.

    the serial in question ends with : … 6U9FJH1

    please reset it thank you
