[.NET6] C1SplitButton.ItemClicked is fired when hovering over item

    See attached sample => a C1SplitButton with nested child items: when hovering over a root item to expand the child items, the “SplitButtonItem.Click” and “C1SplitButton.ItemClicked” events are fired.

    This causes a problem for us, because we do filtering when an item is clicked. Now the filtering occurs already when expanding the tree to browse to a child item.
