  Does the ToolIconSize property of C1ButtonTool work?

  Thanks for the snapshot.
  
  JFYI, IconSize can't be used while using C1ButtonTool with C1Ribbon. The size is managed by C1Ribbon based on the visible region. You need to use C1ButtonTool's LargeIconTemplate/SmallIconTemplate accordingly.
