    Gets or sets the first row to print when printing a cell range.
    Syntax
    var instance = new GC.Spread.Sheets.Print.PrintInfo();
    var returnValue; // Type: any
    returnValue = instance.rowStart(value);
    function rowStart( 
       (optional) value : number
    ) : any;

    Parameters

    value
    The first row to print when printing a cell range.

    Return Value

    If no value is set, returns the first row to print when printing a cell range; otherwise, returns the print setting information.
    Example
    This example uses the rowStart method.
    activeSheet.setRowCount(5, GC.Spread.Sheets.SheetArea.viewport);
    activeSheet.setColumnCount(5, GC.Spread.Sheets.SheetArea.viewport);
