control: The control that is the reference point for the SpreadTouchStrip position.
x: The horizontal screen coordinate, in pixels.
y: The vertical screen coordinate, in pixels.

Remarks

The position is adjusted to avoid the finger to cover the SpreadTouchStrip by default.
