Positions the SpreadTouchStrip relative to the specified control location.

control: The control that is the reference point for the SpreadTouchStrip position.
tapPosition: The horizontal and vertical location of the reference control's upper-left corner, in pixels.

Remarks

The position is adjusted to avoid the finger to cover the SpreadTouchStrip by default.
