    A System.String that represents this instance.
    Exceptions
    ExceptionDescription
    System.InvalidCastExceptionIf value is CalcArray, or can not convert to string.
    Remarks
    If value is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic), return System.String.Empty. If value is bool, return TRUE if value is true; return FALSE if value is false.
