Licence Issue For My Trail Account

    I am facing error in trail account, Grape city Licence Manager Showing Error ( 01-004), please help me out.

    You had already posted a query on SupportOne about Trail license Expire issue. Could you please confirm which issue exactly you are facing “Expired” or “Error ( 01-004)”

    Yes, Query is for Error(01-004) that ticket i have to update, could you please help me out ?

    Could you please tell that in which step you get this error:

    1: On activating the new license.

    2: Error shows just after reinstalling the window.

    When I install new Windows, I logged into my trail grape city account and downloaded new “exe” for Active Report 12, then i install it. Then after this error occurred. It is showing in Grape city Licence manger Error (01-004)
