  I have the exact same issue as mentioned here: https://www.grapecity.com/en/forums/ar-dev/a-generic-error-occurred-i

  But I am using PageReport. It works on our test environment, but on azure the exception “'A generic error occurred in GDI+” throws as soon as I use charts in my report.

  Question: Where is this ImageType Property on the chart control? Cant find it on page reports.

  I tried using “ConvertMetaToPdf” on the PDFExporter Class → Didn’t change anything.

  Please help!! Thanks

  Hello,

  Could please check after adding “GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Chart” dll in your project.
  
  Also, if the issue still exits, please use new RE export instead of Export filter for PageReport. You can refer the following documentation link:

  With the RE it charts are working on Azure. Thank you.
