How do i reclaim a license after laptop formatting

    Hi,

    One of my team members recently left our company. We hired a replacement, but the laptop of the colleague that left the company was formatted before we could deactivate the license of active reports on it.

    We now have difficulties to install activereports because the applications says the license is still in use.

    How can we fix this?
