We have an issue with Sub Reports inside of a Banded List after we upgraded from Active Reports 10 to Active Reports 12. Only one of two sub-reports is visible when the report is rendered. The other is taking up space, but none the elements of the sub report are visible.

I was able to create a version of the report that can be tested in the end user report designer. The attached file has three rdlx files - one is for the main report and two are for the sub reports. There is also a backup of a SQL Server 2014 database that has the data. The reports are connected to data in that database. To recreate the issue one would need to edit the database connection information in the Data Sources in each report and it should function. The report runs correctly in AR 10, but one sub report is not rendered in AR 12.

We would like to know if this is a bug in AR 12 that can be fixed, or if we will have to manually rework any report with a sub report in a banded list if we update to AR 12.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

    Hello,

It seems that you forget to attach the backup of your database. Could you please share the backup of your database so that we can replicate the issue at our end.

    Thanks,

    Mohit
