    Hi all

We’ve a section report with two columns. On the first page/first column there is a yellow group footer called «GroupFooter1». On this «GroupFooter1» is the attribut «PrintAtBottom» activated (true). After this yellow «GroupFooter1» in column 1 on first page should be the blue «GroupHeader2» in second column on the right side oft the yellow «GroupFooter1». But the blue «GroupHeader2» is printed on the second page and not on the second column on first page. Is it possible with ActiveReports to to design such a layout? (see “Sample.pdf”)

Is there another option for content on top (orange «GroupHeader1»), on bottom (yellow «GroupFooter1») and a detail between on column 1 and another area on right in column 2 (blue «GroupHeader2»)?

Please find attached our RPX template, an Excel with some sample data and also an PDF with our expected result layout.

If you can support us, we are very grateful. Thanks a lot.

    Regards

    Christian

    Hello Christian,

Thank you for the clear description and for sharing your files.

In order to display GroupHeader2 in the second column of the first page, set the PrintAtBottom property of GroupFooter1 to False. Further, since you want to display GroupFooter1 at the bottom of the page, you can adjust it’s Height to match the Height of the Page. This way, neither GroupHeader2 will be displayed on the second page nor will GroupFooter1 be displayed leaving extra blank space at the bottom.

The modified report has been attached for your reference.

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,

    Esha
