Exporting to Excel 2010, or .xlsx files

  Is there a way to get ActiveReports 2 to export to .xlsx files without an intermediate export to .xls?

  I would like to inform that ActiveReports 2.0 for COM can export the reports only to .xls format and not to .xlsx format.

  The Vb6 version of ActiveReports does not include the ability to export the reports to .xlsx format. But ,we are working to implement the same on the .Net version of the ActiveReports.

  Unfortunately, we are limited to non-VB.net development and Active Reports 2.
  
  Do you have a sample code to export to a .xls file format.
  
  The User can convert to .xlsx on their own.
  
  I just need to get my data into excel format so the user can do other things with the data.
