C1StudiosWebInstaller has stopped working

    Hi,

    I am trying to install trial version for one of our users, downloaded the installer and run on my admin account but as soon as the installer starts it fails and get error message.

    I also get this on my own PC as well.

    running win 7 64bit

    have attached the log file.

    Hello Jordan,

    The log file seems to be missing. Kindly try to attach it again in zip format.

    Also, can you share the version of the installer that you have downloaded along with the error message that you receive? This will help us assist you further.

    Hi

    I have the same issue when running C1StudiosWebInstaller where it stops responding, attached is the log file. Option wise within the installer I am selecting ASP.NET MVC only running as Admin.

    Installer version is: C1StudiosWebInstallerv20173.1.8.exe

    Error message is: ‘C1StudiosWebInstaller has stopped working’.

    I tried installing the ComponentOne with the link that you had provided but i still get the error message ‘C1StudiosWebInstaller has stopped working’.

    Did you try using the offline installer from the below mentioned link?

    http://cdn.componentone.com/files/studioinstaller/C1StudioInstaller20173.1.9.exe

    If yes, please share the log file created in your [User Documents] folder. This would help us in investigating the problem further.

    I tried installing the application from the installer in the above mentioned link as well but still the error is persistent. Here’s the event log file information:
