  I’m using ComponentOne Studio WinForms edition on several developer machines. After a year of hardware and staff changes I try to get an overview of the licenses in-use. Is there a possibility to display the currently installed license on a PC?

  Hi Rainer!

  Yes. You can see the currently installed license on any PC, by following these simple steps :

  1. Open a File Explorer window and navigate to your Local Disk (C:) drive.
  2. Go to “Local Disk (C:)/Program Files(x86)/ComponentOne/C1StartMenu/Activation” file location and run ‘ComponentOne License Activation’.
  3. Now, you see a dialog box as shown in the attached image.

  

  Click on ‘?’ to know the installed license.
