  Hi,

  At present I’m using spread 10.40.20174.0 with Visual studio 2015 on Win7 machine.
  
  My company will soon change my machine and I will have Windows 10 with visual studio 2017.
  
  My question is will my spread be compatible with this new environnement ?

  Yes Spread is compatible with Windows 10 VS 2017 as well as given in Product Requirements documentation page here:-
