  Hi!

  OpenExcel fails to open xlsx files with English (Finland) region settings. Xls files seems to open correctly. Tested with versions 9.35.20153.0 and 10.40.20162.0.
  
  Also FarPoint.SpreadDesigner.exe cannot be started (crashes).

  Hello Petri,

  I am able to replicate this issue at my end and reported it to the development team as a bug. I checked the designer can be opened from within Visual Studio.

  I will inform you as soon as I get any update on this issue. The tracking id for this issue is: #250914

  This bug has been fixed for our upcoming version of Spread i.e. v12. Please download the same from our website when it is released.
