I am trying to get the flex grid to work with my angular application. The application is based on the JHipster framework.

To test that my existing application did not have unique issues I made a new monolithic application with the latest JHipster, using Angular 6.

I then did yarn add wijmo

and followed the instructions from https://www.grapecity.com/en/blogs/build-angular-apps-with-wijmo-and-npm/

adding the grid and chart to the home page

I am getting no errors, but I also see nothing.

I am at a loss as to what else to check.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated

    thanks

As a further note, the wijmo combo box works fine.

It is just the flex-grid that does nothing

    Hi,

We are sorry for the delay on this.

    Hi,

We are sorry but we are unable to replicate the issue at our end.

    Here are our implementation steps:-

Created a starter sample using hipsters

    Add Wijmo as a dependency

Import WjInputModule and WjGridModule into the Angular module

    Imported CSS file for Wijmo

Added a simple wj-flex-grid and wj-input-number controls to the page.

    Grid is rendering as expected

Find the attached sample that we used for testing.

Please have a look at it and let us know if we are missing something important to replicate the issue.

Also, please understand that Wijmo controls are client-side control so should be rendered on client side only, we have not tested them for server rendering and they might not work when rendered on the server.

    FlexGrid used : “jhipsterSampleApplication\src\main\webapp\app\layouts\main”
