  I’m not sure when it happened, but I am no longer able to create new FlexGrid controls on a screen - I get an error about an incorrect version reference. When I try to reinstall the version that I am using I get “error reading the registry.”

  We are using FlexGrid version 4.0.20161.147.

  Hi Mark!

  Are you facing this issue with other C1 controls also? If yes, I would suggest you to try re-installing C1 controls (with admin rights) using this installer? http://cdn.componentone.com/files/studioinstaller/C1StudioInstaller20161.1.12.exe

  In case the issue still persists, please share a demonstrating video.
