Document viewer - closes when trying to print document

    Hi

    i have problem with printing from document viewer - source is c1report. While document is displayed as expected, when i try to print it, aplication closes itself. I have Attached sample (As far i can tell, problem exist when trying to print to some printers, for example HP Laser jet 1018, i tried on one kyocera and it printed normally).

    Any ideas?

    We tried your sample at our end with various printers but the issue was not observed. The report printed smoothly and the application did not close.

    We are using the latest version 4.0.20182.314 of the control. Please inform us about the version at your end and try the scenario with the latest builds as well. You can update the builds at your end through C1Live or can download them from here: http://prerelease.componentone.com/dotnet40/c1wpfreport/2018-t2/C1WPFReport_4.0.20182.314.zip

    Also, are you able to print other documents from applications without C1 controls, using the same printer?

    I think that we solved the problem.

    Printer, that we use is instaled on co - worker computer (usb).

    Printing works when printing from ms word, excell…

    We didnt install any specific driver manualy for this printer on my computer. Today i tried to print something from ms paint, and problem was same as printing report. So i tried to manage printer properties in windows settings - devices - Printers and scanners, selected printer - manage. When i clicked on Printer properties, windows showed message that driver is not instaled and if i want to install driver, so i just confirmed, and i 2 seconds driver was installed. After that i tried again printing from sample app i provided an everthing was printed as expected.
