    Hi,

I am receiving the follow build errors after running the Convert to ActiveReports 17 to convert my project from AR 17.1 to AR 17.2:

Found conflicts between different versions of “GrapeCity.Documents.Imaging” that could not be resolved.

    There was a conflict between “GrapeCity.Documents.Imaging, Version=6.1.2.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=d55d733d2bfd5065” and “GrapeCity.Documents.Imaging, Version=6.1.5.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=d55d733d2bfd5065”.

    “GrapeCity.Documents.Imaging, Version=6.1.2.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=d55d733d2bfd5065” was chosen because it was primary and “GrapeCity.Documents.Imaging, Version=6.1.5.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=d55d733d2bfd5065” was not.

    How should I fix this?

    Thank You

    Hi Tracy,

This warning gets thrown when different versions of the same packages are referenced in your project. To fix this issue, after using the ‘Convert to ActiveReports 17’ tool, right-click on your project and click on ‘Clean’ and then ‘Rebuild’ now running your project should run as expected.

However, if you are still getting the same warnings you may have specified some ‘bindingRedirect’ in your ‘.config’ file, please make sure you remove the bindingRedirect for ActiveReports references and then recompile your project.

If the issue persists please try sharing a sample that replicates the issue so we can test the same on our end and further investigate the issue.

    Regards,

    Anand
