  Good day,

  After a virus attack AR13 license was damaged and cannot compile due to a lack of license.

  I’ve unistalled and installed it several times, cleaning the registry but I cannot activate the license, since it doesn’t appear the product in the the grid.

  Any tips?

  Please try using the attached Diagnostic Tool at your end and let me know if the issue persists. Share the screenshots of the changes made after running the tool.
