We have a license with annual maintenance, we need a call with support team to explain the issue and get it solved, what is the procedure to set up a call?

Hi Devendra,
You may create a ticket on the Support portal, explaining your issue along with necessary attachments like error message(s), a sample that replicates the issue, sample data, etc., so that we can investigate the issue and schedule a call if required.
