License Key for AR 13

    Hi,

    I am working on upgrading to Active Reports 13 from Active reports 11. However, I do not have the license for AR13. Please note that I have the license available for AR11 and AR16. I read in the Active reports forums that if we have a higher version license, we can get one for the lower version too?

    Is my understanding correct? If yes, how do I procure the AR13 license?

    Please suggest.

    Hi Pooja,

    You may contact our sales team at us.sales@mescius.com or call (412) 681-4738 to get an ActiveReports 13 downgrade license from your ActiveReports 16 license.
