    Recently had to start using AR14 after decades of using a previous version.
    Compiled C# release when distributed gets a license error displayed to the customer. The website, where you try to set a serial key, returns "some error has occurred, try again". Anyone know how to get around this nonsense?

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Actually, distributing the product has nothing to do with registering the key on the website. AR provides unlimited royalty-free distribution.

    Could you please share in detail:
    1. What is the issue that your client is facing at his end?
    2. What is the type of application (Web/Win) and structure of this application?
    3. What is the error message?
    4. How exactly are you distributing your application to the customer?

    This information would help me in resolving the issue at the earliest.
