Tool tip of graphs not working in a build environment

  The hover of the graphs are broken in react, the tool tip that shows information of details does not show anything when hover over the graph in the build environment.

  Hi,

  We are sorry but we were unable to replicate the issue at our end. Please refer to the samlple attached that we used to replicate the issue.

  Can you please let us know whether we are missing something in order to replicate the issue?
