  Hi,

  im trying to update AR 14.0.19484 to AR 14.1.19970 trouth NuGet (and also Setup-File)

  In Visualstudio 19 , the definition in the project-file is :
  
  
  
  14.0.19484
  
  
  
  …and … and … and…

  Everthing updating correct, and i can also compile and run my Application without error.

  But…

  After the update, im unable to load the report-designer. Followed message
  
  occours every time. (With 14.0.19484 this working correct and no error was showed)

  Its something about culture and “de” (german) resources. But im not using any translations in the AR Designer/Viewer.

  Can you help me with this?

  Could you please try after deleting bin/obj and restart the visual studio.

  Could you please check with the attached application and see if the error is reproducible at your end with the attached application. If not, could you please modify the attached application and share it with me so that we can able to replicate the issue at our end.

  sorry about the long time to wait…i had no time yesterday to test it.

  But now :
  
  Your project produce the same error like my project.
  
  “…commonresource.de.resources… not correct implemented in design.win”

  I will now install a new virtual machine, with VS2019, AR 14.1 and test it there. Give you a response soon as possible

  So, on my virtual computer its still not working to open the report. (Same error)

  Im tested now many things with languages and i found it !

  Its the language in the visualstudio 2019!
  
  (The windows-language is not involved)
  
  Tools->Environment->International Setting :

  Language german (default by us) → report error with .de.resource
  
  Language english (new) → report opens without problems

  Hope this will help to find the difference, that we could have our default-language

  I have checked with the different locale but issue is not reproducible at my end. Could you please check with the latest installer and share the result with us.

  Hi Mohit

  There is no difference, same situation.
  
  VS2019(english) → open report → no Problems.
  
  VS2019(german) → open report → resource error.

  with the 19484 setup was everthing ok.

  If you have an “debug version” or something witch is writing some log, i can test it and send the results to you.

  I am able to replicate the issue with the new environment and have escalated the issue to the development team(AR-24660) . Will inform you once I get any information from them.
