I have the attached RDL report that was created to use in my .NET 8 web application. I am using the jsViewer and ActiveReports 18.

I have several RDL and RDLX reports that I can load in the viewer without issue, however none of these are performing SQL queries.

The attached report opens up and prompts for the Status parameter but when I select one and click the Preview button, I get a generic error saying “Failed rendering document”. Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong? Thanks!

I resolved the issue by overriding the connection string value in the GetReport method.
