Scrollbar continues scrolling after mouse click

  We are using the active x true dbgrid control in a vb6 application. We are having trouble with scrollbar continuing to scroll even after the users releases the mouse button. You an see in this video where I release the mouse button after about 2 seconds but it continues to scroll if I move the mouse off the button then back on it continues to scroll even though the mouse is no longer clicked. We have tried in both version 6 and version 8 and been able to reproduce the issue.

  Hi,

  Thank you for sharing the video. However I could not replicate the issue at my end. Can you please share a small stripped down application demonstrating the issue at your end? I would like to investigate it further.
