  I understand that the current default pagination method is front-end pagination, but in my case, customers may encounter situations with large amounts of data that require back-end pagination support. I think there must be similar needs, so I would like to ask if there is a mature solution to add report parameters based on different databases. It is not very convenient for designers to handle high requirements in dataset SQL, and it is not very friendly for report parameters to trigger up and down pages

  Hello Bin,

  If by pagination you mean data virtualization i.e. loading the report with partial data at a time then, unfortunately, it is not possible with back-end or when running the report through code.

  The only possible workaround for loading a report with partial data in the backend would be to update your SQL query based on the values from report parameters.
