  If I open up a report that has a picture in it and save the picture will now go away. If I add a new picture and then set the image it looks fine on the report but when you save no image data is saved. When I open the report back up I see no image.

  Hi,

  There was an issue in the Picture control in earlier versions of ActiveReports 13 where the control lost images on saving and reopening the project.

  The issue was fixed with the following build:

  You can download the latest AR13 SP1 installer from the following link and check if the issue is resolved for you:

  I updated to SP1 and it is now working.
