  Hi,

  We are using “zh-Hant” as the report language. When viewing the report on the JSViewer the Chinese characters appear with no issues. But when exporting to pdf the Chinese characters are being displayed as empty boxes.

  This only happens on our live web-site! When performing these same actions locally both the viewer and the exported pdf are displaying the Chinese characters correctly.

  We use docker to deploy and are currently only installing “arial” and “micross” fonts. I believe we could be missing the relevant Chinese font.

  Can you link me to a place where we can download the same font AR uses for “zh-hant” please? OR if there’s a better way to add fonts using docker can you please guide me in the right direction.

  Hello Mohit,

  It seems that “FontResolver” is only available in Active Reports 15. Can you confirm this?
  
  At the moment we are using Active Reports 14 with Dotnet Core.

  Hello,

  It is not possible in AR14. Can you upgrade to AR15?
