Missing "Name" property

  So far, I’ve done the following and still have no “Name” in the property window.

  Uninstalled v13, rebooted and reinstalled v13 with no results.
  
  Uninstalled v13 & v12, rebooted and reinstalled v13 with no results.
  
  Uninstalled v13, v11 & v10, rebooted and reinstalled v13 with no results.
  
  Version: 13.1.16872.0

  After about 2 hours, I need a fix ASAP.

  It is a known issue with the previous build. Please try with the latest build. You can download the installer from the following link:

  Initially this failed.
  
  Launching the solution with the default page a report GUI causes error. I closed it out the report and reopened with no errors but, no “Name” property either.
  
  Closed all windows and then closed VS as well.
  
  Relaunched VS and opened a report GUI and finally, the “Name” property is visible in the property pane.
