    Hi everyone

I got myself in a world of pain trying to update NUGET packages where ever possible.

In case of Active Reports I could not update to latest, since I only have a AR14 License.

So I tried to update to latest 14.x (14.3.21055) - for example package GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Export.Html

with [Install and Update Options] => [Dependency behavior:] on [Highest]

I also updated Core packages to 1.9, since AR14 seems to support core packages <2.0

now what happens, is that in the dll there are still references to the previous Core version 1.8.13.0 .

In the end I get an error:

“Could not load file or assembly 'GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Core.Rendering, Version=1.8.13.0”

    Kind regards

    A.A.

    Hi Alex,

Instead of upgrading the packages individually from NuGet Package Manager, upgrade your reports using the ActiveReports File Converter tool. Go to Tools>Convert To ActiveReports 14 in the Tools menu of Visual Studio. This will re-add all the ActiveReports dependencies using the installed version of ActiveReports. After that, Clean and Rebuild your project, and it should resolve the issue.

If the problem persists, kindly provide us with your stripped-down application, along with a screenshot of the error. This will enable us to debug the issue effectively and provide you with a suitable solution.
