Error 2018: Page margins are too large. Can't print report

  I work for a software company that interfaces with an oil sticker printer. Our program is written in VB6 and the customer is running Server 2008 R2 and is able to print from every computer accept the computer that the Zebra TLP 2824 Oil Sticker Printer and gets this error. They do not get this error at any other machine but the one the printer is actually connected to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  The margins are too large error is normally caused by printer driver
  
  conflict. If you go to the Report Settings under the Report menu
  
  option what is the paper size set to? Usually if the papersize it
  
  set to default instead of an actual papersize and the
  
  default papersize is different than the papersize that the
  
  report was designed on, it will cause this error.
  
  
  
  You may also
  
  want to try and use a different print driver or even try deleting the
  
  printer from the control panel and re-adding it. This might help in resolving such issues.
