Deactivate ComponentOne License on a non-working computer

  Hello, I had licenses installed on several VDI computers but those have been totally taken down and new VDI computers were created. How can I recover my 3 licenses?

  Hi,

  As per our EULA, a license key is per developer and can be used on a maximum of three of their machines at a time. If you have used up all the 3 activations of your license and want to activate it on another machine, you can deactivate this license from any of the older machines.

  In this scenario, since you do not have access to older machines, you will need to submit a license reactivation request. Please refer to the documentation below.

  JFYI, we do not recommend using the license key on Virtual Environments as losing these environments results in 1 activation of your license key getting lost.
