Howdy,
I’ve send an email to c1salesbox@grapecity.com, to deactivate one pc but i got no answer about it.
Is it possible to solve this for me? I personally don’t appreciate when people ignore emails.
I have the license activated in my PC’s and one of it died, so no way to deactivate it.
Now i need to activate it again on the new one and can’t.
Let me know ASAP.
