When rendering a report on a monitor with a high dpi, if I set the Windows video scale to 200%, the RTF field is rendered with the wrong size.

I tried also to use Superlabel field. But even when I setted the RTF property to true, the text not rendered with a RTF Formatted text. `

    Hi Marcel,

RtfField is used to show the RTF content in the FlexReport so you should use it to fulfill your requirement.

I have attached a Report which shows the RTF content in a RtfField successfully in higher and the normal DPI, please have a look.

    Hi…

In yours 200% picture I only see the text in RTF field. Can’t see the report title for comparing.

I’m opened your test in C1FlexReportDesigner and clicked in preview button in my Surface PRO 7. See the results in attachment. Do you have any idea how to solve this?

    Hi Marcel,

Sorry, but we cannot replicate the issue at our end with higher DPI, and here are the screenshots attached with the report title which shows that it is showing correctly.

The environment details at our end are:

    Win 10 version 1903

    Control Version 4.0.20201.416

To further investigate this issue we need your environment details so that we can assist you accordingly.

    Regards,

    Prabhat Sharma.
