  Hi,
  
  I’m Giorgio Fabian and I’m an University student. I saw many projects based on Component One studio and I’m interested to buy the license, specifically the license that support WinForms and WPF.
  
  I’d like to understand, if I buy the standard license (895$/Developer), it includes the support for both editions or, for each edition, it’s necessary to buy a specific license?

  Hi Giorgio,

  No, the standard license (worth $895) is specific to edition and so are their support services. That is, if you buy a $895 ComponentOne WinForms license, you will get assemblies and support services only for WinForms edition. Same thing for WPF/other editions.
  
  So if you are willing to use ComponentOne for multiple multi-editions like WinForms, WPF, I’d recommend you to either purchase a ComponentOne Enterprise or ComponentOne Ultimate package.
