About V4 licensing

    Dear support,

    We are currently having V3 subscription license and trying to upgrade to V4.0.1, but the application crashes with no valid license. Could you help how to upgrade to latest version?

    Hi Yukinori,

    As per the below-given documentation post, if you are using the current major version, the existing license key is still valid then the new license key must have been provided if you are under current Maintenance.
