  I would like to have multiple bindings per cell. Is this possible?

  Name: {{ds.data.person_name}} Email:{{ds.data.email}}

  OUTPUT: Name: Bob

  Without the second evaluation it outputs text.

  Name: {{ds.data.person_name}} Email:

  OUTPUT: Name: Bob Email:

  Hello Jon,

  Apologies but as of now, it is the limitation of the API that we can not use two or more fields in the expression now.
  
  As a workaround, you can merge the fields’ values to achieve your requirement.
