  Hi,

  How can I get row/column grouping info from opened Excel file ? And is the grouping collapsed or expanded? In Spread for WinForms there was method “GetRangeGroupInfo” for this.

  Hi Petri,

  You can use the ShowDetail property of the IRange class to get the collapsed/expanded state for the specified range.

  Hi,

  Yes I know how to collapse/expand grouping if I know where the grouping exists. But how will I know where the groupings are from opened Excel? Is there some kind of “find groupings” ?

  I have created a new enhancement request for GcExcel to add support for getting the row and column range groups. We will schedule this enhancement for the 4.2 release.
