When using TEXT function to format a date in Excel. You can specify Locale and Calendar Type. For example, the result of formula

    =TEXT("4 jan 2024", "[$-th,107]d MMMM yyyy")

    will be “4 มกราคม 2567”.

But for this Excel Library, when using PrinterManager to SavePDF, the result is rendered as “4 January 2024”. Does GrapeCity’s TEXT function still not support locale/calendar formatting? And will it?
