  Could you please share which controls you are using and if you are getting any errors in the console window? If yes, please share the screenshot.

  As you mentioned the MasterPage, assuming you are using our ComponentOne for Asp.Net for Webform edition controls. In that case, there are chances that there are version mismatch issues.
  
  An error screenshot or a dummy demo sample would be appreciated for further investigation and assisting ahead.
