  I am looking for an older version of the Silverlight controls (C1Silverlight4_2012v3.msi)
  Is it possible for find these somewhere?

  I am sorry but the support for the product has been withdrawn. We do not support these legacy controls anymore.
  
  However, I am providing you the link for only 2012 v3 version which I could find at my end:
