  I suspect the sample code, Custom Toolbar that comes with the SpreadJS setup has not been updated.
  
  For example, does not contain the famous error bar implementation. The scripts are 13.03 but the html/javascript interface has not probably updated since 12.0

  I have added an enhancement request on your behalf to update the custom toolbar sample with the latest the latest features of the v13. The internal tracking ID for the case is SJS-3253. We will let you know about any updates regarding the same.
