    Hi,

The header menu/toolbar is not a built-in feature of spread. You need to create a toolbar on your own as per the requirements of your project. You could easily create a toolbar by simply arranging buttons in the UI and perform the required operation on button's click.
Please refer to the following demos which demonstrates different spread functionalities and how we could achieve it programmatically:
    https://www.grapecity.com/demos/spread/JS/TutorialSample/#/demos/initializeSpread

For creating a header formula text box, you may refer to the following sample:
    https://www.grapecity.com/spreadjs/demos/features/formula-textbox/basic-formula-textbox/purejs

To ease the process of adding toolbar, you may use one of the following samples as the base for your application:
    https://www.grapecity.com/spreadjs/spreadsheet/

    https://www.grapecity.com/demos/spread/JS/InspectorSample/
The source code for the above sample is available in the SpreadJS bundle(inside samples folder) that you may have downloaded from our website.

Also, if you need to create an Excel-like application, then you may also purchase a license for our SpreadJS designer source code, a demo version of the designer is hosted on the following URL:
    https://www.grapecity.com/spreadjs/designer/content/index.html

    Regards
    Sharad
