I have 3 charts that render randomly with an x in production.

The same charts always render in VS2012.

Any thoughts what would cause this randomness?

    Hello,

I’m not sure I’m understanding the question. Please provide more information about the issue, perhaps including a screenshot that shows the issue with the charts.

    Regards,

    Kevin

Attached is a screenshot of the 3 charts in production.

Sometimes the charts will render properly, sometimes they don’t.

And it’s random which ones render and which ones don’t.

They ALWAYS render on my machine in VS2012.

    Hello,

Are there any errors that are showing on the page? Would it be possible to send a project that shows the issue? If it is too big to upload here, you can always send an email to spread.support@grapecity.com with the attachment and information about what it is for.

    Regards,

    Kevin

    Uploading the project is 30mb.

So I attached just the aspx and the vb files.

I can upload more if needed.

I forgot to mention. The page does not show any errors.

    Hello,

Please send a small standalone project to spread.support@grapecity.com. I don’t see the issue just from looking at your code, and I can’t run it as it seems to be depend on a database I don’t have. Try adding your code to a new project with some dummy data for the charts, and add your code for the charts to see if you still see the issue. If you do, then please send that project.

    Regards,

    Kevin

Problem still persists with a small basic project.

I don’t normally maintain my sites with a project.

I use “Create Website”, So I manually loaded my ddls and the fp_client folder.

The site did compile and load though. But the same problem is still there.

I zipped the project (6.68 mb) but it failed to upload.

Any other suggestion on how to upload the zipped file?

    Hello,

As I stated in a previous post, if the file is too big, then send it to spread.support@grapecity.com and we can open it from there.

    Regards,

    Kevin
